Shipping

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand that we are humans working and we aren't perfect or machine <3. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

Shipping

We currently only ship within the domestic United States. Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic deliveries. 

 

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for customers in the LA area. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you when your oder is available for pickup. 

 

Returns & Exchanges 

Due to our small operation and the nature of our products and services we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please let us know by sending any relevant photos and order numbers and we would look into sending a replacement for you.
